I found that when I stopped drinking, eating sweets and sugar whenever I had a craving for a drink took away the craving. wasn't great for my weight but it got me thruugh a difficult time and it was much easier to control my sweetie intake than alcohol. Don't binge anymore. Anyone else got any similar experiences?
